Wanted to share some notes… I have had good luck making small ones for US Size 1 and 2 needles using worsted and 7-stitch I-cord instead of crochet. Tried some without buttons at the top, but my needles are too sharp. A big bead or button will keep the needles from poking out the other side, and makes a good use of those oddball buttons from your button box. Of course Alison’s DPN protectors won’t have the poking problem…
